Zeiad is Founder & CEO of Algbra. Prior to founding Algbra, Zeiad was Co-Founder & Managing Partner at New World Group (NWG), an FCA regulated global merchant banking & investment firm, where he successfully helped grow the business to >$2.5bn of AUM across asset management, real estate & technology. At NWG, Zeiad & his partners took the business to >25 territories, securing partnerships with leading corporates, family offices & financial institutions.

Zeiad began his career in the commodities division at Credit-Suisse in London. He holds an MSc. from the School of Oriental & African Studies (with Distinction) & a BA from King’s College London. Zeiad is also a member of the CFA Society of the UK & holds the Investment Management Certificate.

Ömer is Founder & CTO of Algbra. Before founding Algbra, he built a distinguished career spanning Turkey, MENA, and the UK, designing and delivering impactful technology solutions across diverse markets. Ömer designed and led the development of multiple innovative digital banking platforms, earning market recognition for his award-winning contributions to the industry. His passion for product innovation and technology has driven his success in the UK's digital banking sector.

With over 18 years of professional experience, Ömer began his journey as a hands-on backend engineer and has since evolved into a multidisciplinary architect and leader specializing in banking, e-commerce, and fintech. He has built and scaled world-class engineering teams globally while navigating diverse regulatory environments across the UK, MENA, and beyond.
